The workout is 3 x 10 miles at half marathon pace with 50 burpees between each repetition. Instead of wasting all that time with traditional “recovery” on this session we’re going to spend that time getting even more fit, by ripping off 50 burpees instead of standing around or jogging easily. With the On ZAP Endurance team we always leave the door open to run the final 10 mile repeat closer to 10k pace if they’re feeling good. If you haven’t done this session before, it is a long one so be patient over the first 22-23 miles before picking up the pace at all.
